At Elite Shuttle Service, we take pride in providing professional, punctual, and flexible transportation. Our services include:
Door-to-door transportation – We transport guests from their accommodations to the venue and back.
Centralized pickup locations – We can help identify a designated guest parking and pickup area.
Customized shuttle schedules – We work with clients to create efficient and safe transportation plans.

After-Hours & Excursions
After-Hours Transportation – We offer late-night shuttles for guests who wish to visit local clubs, bars, or restaurants after an event.
Excursions – We provide transportation for groups visiting area attractions, including Great Smoky Mountains National Park. More information on excursions is available at the bottom of this page.
Multiple Shuttle Options
1 Shuttle – Recommended for fewer than 75 guests.
2+ Shuttles – Recommended for 75+ guests.
Trillium: Our recommendation is one shuttle for every 42 guests transported.
Magnolia: Our recommendation is one shuttle for fewer than 70 guests.
Important: Shuttles cannot transport food, beverages (including alcohol), or pets. Please arrange a separate vehicle at the venue to transport excess supplies at the end of the night.

Full Day Motor Packages
The following excursions are designed as 6-8 hr shuttle-based trips for 6-14 guests.
Each excursion is available at a cost of $60 per person (6 guest minimum) including a shuttle and professional driver. Package price does not include admission costs for attractions.
The Grand Tour Take in the best nature has to offer in our area. This tour combines the Cade’s Cove Motor Loop and the Newfound Gap/Clingman’s Dome tours mentioned above. This tour provides the ultimate experience for nature lovers and those
wishing to experience the best of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

1/2 Day Motor Packages

Cades Cove Motor Tour (1/2 Day) The Cades Cove Loop winds for 11 miles through the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, a picturesque drive with a
backdrop of the mountain peaks and its lush, rolling greens. Europeans settled the Cades Cove area between 1818 and 1821.
Today, visitors to Cades Cove can enjoy the largest variety of historic buildings in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. When traveling the scenic loop road, plan to get out and visit the restored buildings that include three churches, log homes,
cantilevered barns and a working mill.
*Newfound Gap/Clingman’s Dome (1/2 Day) Take a picturesque tour through the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains with stops at Sugarlands Welcome Center, Newfound Gap Overlook, and Clingman’s Dome (the highest peak in TN). This tour offers the most stunning scenery and the very best natural landscapes that the park has to offer.

We used Elite Planning (worked with Katie) & Elite Shuttle Service (worked with Tony) for our wedding and it was one of the BEST decisions. I honestly do not know how I would have organized my wedding out of state without Katie’s guidance, support, and helpful reminders. From start to finish, Katie was organized, understanding, and SO SO kind and helpful! My wedding day turned out perfect due to her coordination. We used A LOT from their inventory and Katie and the team set everything up PERFECTLY. From big things to little details, the Elite team KILLED IT. Our guests met them at the designated lot, and did not have any trouble finding the lot, shuttle, getting the wedding venue, etc. They waited on site during the wedding reception so guest could leave when they were ready. Could not speak more highly of the Elite shuttle service. We got married essentially in a hurricane and eastern Tennessee had extreme amounts of rainfall and flooding. Elite worked extremely hard determining a safe pick up/drop off lot and shuttle schedule to ensure all our guests arrived safely and on time. We are so thankful of the effort and communication Elite provided and made our special day happen. Obviously our situation was unique, but it just showed their level of expertise and dedication to their service.
