Elite Wedding Planning

Elite Event Services is a small, family-owned business created with the purpose of providing professional yet personal services in support of weddings and events. Our Elite Planning Coordinators have extensive experience, and work very hard to execute your vision and create a memorable wedding day. Tony and Kristina Daugherty, husband and wife team, started Elite Event Services together in their living room. They met while working at The Magnolia wedding venue, and were married there in May 2020! Kristina has been in the wedding planning business since 2013, and has been instrumental in the planning and coordination of weddings at the Magnolia Wedding Venue, Castleton Farms, Marblegate, and many more venues around the area. Tony and Kristina created Elite to bring their unique experience, expertise, and family-first values to the service of wedding and event centers throughout the region. They have continued to grow as a company, with their new office located in Pigeon Forge and adding additional wedding coordinators and assistants to their family.

At Elite Event Services, it is our goal to be with you every step of the way as you plan and prepare for one of the most beautiful and important moments of your life. Our coordinators will be with you from day one providing consultation and support from vendor selection to décor, from timelines to seating charts. We will be instrumental in helping your big day run efficiently with a personal touch.

Our Wedding Packages

Effective April 1, 2022


Wedding Planning Package ($3,000 Magnolia/$4,000 Trillium)

Our Wedding Planning Package is for couples who desire to have full engagement with their vendors and like the flexibility of choosing their wedding details, while utilizing the guidance of our team of professional planners along the way. We will assist with curating your vendor team, provide advice on overall design, and finalize all timeline details. This package also includes access to our ever-growing inventory of decor, candles, arbors, and more! This offering is designed to allow the couple a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance to guide them along the way. 


  • Initial Consultation at the beginning of the planning process
  • Unlimited communication in person, via Zoom, by phone, and/or via email
  • Advisement and support with vendor selection and reservation
  • Verification of contracts
  • Access to our online planning platform, Aisle Planner, which includes access to your timeline, floor plan, monthly checklist, budget tracking tool, and more!
  • Recommendations for accommodations for out-of-town guests
  • Develop a transportation plan in coordination with the Venue’s shuttle service
  • Design a seating chart for wedding reception
  • Develop a wedding day timeline & communicate timeline with vendors
  • Provide local rehearsal dinner recommendations
  • Elite representative to direct your rehearsal walkthrough
  • Finalize and schedule deliveries of rentals
  • Advisement on marriage license policies and procedures

Wedding Day

  • Wedding planning team to arrival at the venue at 10:00am
  • Wedding planning team onsite all day
  • Unlimited use of in-stock décor
  • Includes 6 continuous hours of guest shuttle transportation 
  • Complete setup and breakdown of the cocktail patio, ceremony site, and reception hall
  • Supervision and coordination of all vendors
  • Distribution of bouquets and flowers
  • Provide support to wedding party
  • Provide detailed timeline to all vendors
  • Direct wedding ceremony as needed
  • Ensure smooth transition from ceremony to reception (introductions, cake cutting, toasts, etc.)
  • Reception clean up

Day Of Coordination Package ($1,500 Magnolia/$2,000 Trillium)

Our day-of coordination package is for couples that are planning their own event, and would like someone to help apply finishing touches and coordinate the day of your event.Selecting our Day Of Coordination package gives you the peace of mind that wedding day activities are being handled while you enjoy time with your family and friends.


  • Free first meeting and consultation
  • 1 organizational meeting in person
  • Development of wedding day timeline
  • Rehearsal Direction

Wedding Day

  • Early arrival at the venue for setup
  •  Supervision and coordination of vendors
  • Distribution of wedding flowers and bouquets
  • Assist wedding party
  • Direct wedding ceremony as needed
  • Ensure smooth transition from ceremony to reception (introductions, cake cutting, toasts, etc.)
  • Reception clean up
