Elite Wedding Planning

Elite Event Services is a small, family-owned business created with the purpose of providing professional yet personal services in support of weddings and events. Our wedding planner, Kristina Daugherty, has been coordinating weddings since 2013. She has been instrumental in the planning and coordination of weddings at the Magnolia Wedding Venue, Castleton Farms, Marblegate, and many more venues around the area.

After years of working in the industry, Kristina, together with her husband Tony, formed their own company to bring their unique experience, expertise, and family-first values to the service of wedding and event centers throughout the region.

At Elite Event Services, it is our goal to be with you every step of the way as you plan and prepare for one of the most beautiful and important moments of your life. Kristina will be with you from day one providing consultation and support from vendor selection to décor, from timelines to seating charts. She will be instrumental in helping your big day run efficiently with a personal touch.

Our Wedding Packages

Elite Full Service Planning – $3000 includes the following

Pre-wedding

– Complimentary First meeting and consultation
– Coordination meetings in person, by phone, and/or via email
– Advisement and support with vendor selection and reservation
– Arrange contact and facilitate communication with vendors
– Vendor management including supervision and facilitation of contracts
– Facilitate payment arrangements and payment schedules with vendors
– Advise on matters of etiquette and tradition
– Advise on matters of overall wedding theme
– Help develop and maintain a budget that fits your needs and meets your vision
– Assist with accommodations for out-of-town guests
– Develop a transportation plan in coordination with the Venue’s shuttle service
– Advisement on reception menu selection
– Develop a seating chart for wedding/reception
– Assist with rehearsal dinner
– Advisement on newspaper engagement and wedding announcements
– Advisement on marriage license policies and procedures

Wedding Day

– Lead Wedding Planner Arrival at the Magnolia by 10:00am

       – Assistant Wedding Coordinator

– Unlimited use of in-stock decor
– Complete setup and breakdown
– Supervision and coordination of all vendors
– Distribution of bouquets and flowers
– Provide support to wedding party
– Provide detailed timeline to all vendors
– Direct wedding ceremony as needed
– Ensure smooth transition from ceremony to reception (introductions, cake cutting, toasts, etc.)
– Reception clean up

Elite Partial Service Package – $2000 includes the following

Pre-wedding

– Complimentary First meeting and consultation
– Unlimited communication via phone or email
– Verification of contacts and vendors
– Preparation of wedding day timeline
– Rehearsal direction
– Seating chart assistance

Wedding Day

– Lead Wedding Planner Early arrival at the venue for setup

       – Assistant Wedding Coordinator

-Unlimited use of in-stock decor
– Supervision and coordination of vendors
– Distribution of wedding flowers and bouquets
– Assist wedding party
– Direct wedding ceremony as needed
– Ensure smooth transition from ceremony to reception (introductions, cake cutting, toasts, etc.)
– Reception clean up

Elite Day of Coordination Package – $1000 includes the following

Pre-wedding

– Free first meeting and consultation
– 1 organizational meeting in person
– Development of wedding day timeline
– Rehearsal Direction

Wedding Day

– Early arrival at the venue for setup
– Supervision and coordination of vendors
– Distribution of wedding flowers and bouquets
– Assist wedding party
– Direct wedding ceremony as needed
– Ensure smooth transition from ceremony to reception (introductions, cake cutting, toasts, etc.)
– Reception clean up

We are constantly adding to our inventory of decor and can procure almost anything that you would want for your day. Here is a list of the decor we currently have on hand:
