At Elite Event Services, we specialize in seamless wedding planning for destination couples getting married at The Magnolia and Trillium venues in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Our Elite Planning Coordinators bring extensive experience and a passion for turning your vision into a memorable, stress-free celebration.
We offer three customizable planning packages designed to meet your unique needs. Each package includes complimentary shuttle service for the bridal party on the morning of your wedding, ensuring smooth and stylish transportation to the venue.
From vendor selection to décor design, and from timelines to seating charts, our coordinators will guide you every step of the way. Whether you’re planning your wedding from afar or locally, we’ll provide personalized support and expert consultation to make your day flawless. With attention to detail and a personal touch, we’ll ensure your wedding day is unforgettable and runs effortlessly.
The Magnolia $3000 | The Trillium $4000
Our Wedding Planning Package is for couples who desire to have full engagement with their vendors and like the flexibility of choosing their wedding details, while utilizing the guidance of our team of professional planners along the way. We will assist with curating your vendor team, provide advice on overall design, and finalize all timeline details. This package also includes access to our ever-growing inventory of décor, candles, arbors, and more! This offering is designed to allow the couple a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance to guide them along the way.
Pre-Wedding
- Initial Consultation at the beginning of the planning process
- Unlimited communication in person, via Zoom, by phone, and/or via email with at least 4 scheduled phone callsthroughout the planning process
- Advisement and support with vendor selection and reservation
- Verification of contracts
- Full access to our online planning platform, Aisle Planner, which includes access to your timeline, floor plan, monthly checklist, budget tracking tool, and more!
- Recommendations for accommodations for out-of-town guests
- Assistance scheduling in-person vendor appointments
- Develop a transportation plan in coordination with the venue’s shuttle service
- Design a seating chart for the wedding reception
- Develop a wedding day timeline & floor plan and communicate the timeline with vendors
- Provide local rehearsal dinner recommendations
- Finalize and schedule deliveries of rentals
- Advisement on marriage license policies and procedures
Wedding Day
- Wedding planning team to arrive at the venue at 10:00 AM
- Complimentary wedding party shuttle transportation to the venue in the morning
- Trillium couples will receive a $450 discount on shuttle services
- (Magnolia couples receive a shuttle discount through the venue)
- Wedding planning team onsite all day
- Unlimited use of in-stock décor
- Complete setup and breakdown of the cocktail patio, ceremony site, and reception hall
- Supervision and coordination of all vendors
- Distribution of bouquets and flowers
- Provide support to the wedding party
- Provide detailed timeline to all vendors
- Direct wedding ceremony as needed
- Ensure smooth transition from ceremony to reception (introductions, cake cutting, toasts, etc.)
- Reception clean-up
The Magnolia $2250 | The Trillium $3000
Our Day-Of Coordination Plus Package is for couples that are planning their own event and would like someone to help apply finishing touches and coordinate the day of the event. Selecting our Day-Of Coordination package gives you the peace of mind that wedding day activities are being handled while you enjoy time with your family and friends. This package also includes access to our inventory of décor!
Pre-Wedding
- Initial Consultation by phone, Zoom, or in person
- One scheduled planning call, typically done at the 3-month mark
- Final organizational meeting in person or by phone
- Limited access to our online planning platform, Aisle Planner, to view your timeline and floor plan
- Development of wedding day timeline and floor plan
Wedding Day
- Wedding planning team to arrive at the venue at 10:00 AM

This package does not include access to our inventory of decor.

- Distribution of wedding flowers and bouquets
- Assistance for the wedding party
- Direct wedding ceremony as needed
- Ensure smooth transition from ceremony to reception (introductions, cake cutting, toasts, etc.)
- Reception cleanup
