OUR STORY
At Elite Event Services, we are a small, family-owned business with a big passion for creating seamless and unforgettable events in East Tennessee. Founded by husband-and-wife duo Tony and Kristina Daugherty, our journey began at The Magnolia Venue, where we first met and fell in love with the wedding industry.
With over 15 years of combined experience, we now specialize in providing shuttle transportation and wedding planning services to venues throughout Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the greater East Tennessee region for destination couples.
Our mission is to bring creativity, expertise, and a family-first approach to every celebration, making your special day truly unforgettable.

We provide professional transportation specially tailored to serve wedding and event venues and their clients surrounding the East Tennessee area. We can create customized schedules to meet a wide variety of transportation needs!

Elite helped make our big day so perfect! Planning a destination wedding is difficult but Katie (coordinator) is a literal God send. Her assistance, advice, communication, and kindness over the last months made it so much easier on me! She set up the venue better than I imagined and tore down without having to bother me with anything! Besides the rain throwing off our plan a little, everything else went beautifully with much help from the whole team. Nathan (driver) also deserves a huge shout out as he helped many of my vendors and family make it up safely when they got stuck, picked us up lunch and went back when it was missing something, and overall was just such a kind fun driver!

I often got asked if I was stressed for my wedding day, I always responded with “no, not really” because I knew Kristina and her team had every detail figured out. Any questions I ever had she answered immediately. Every vision I had she brought to life. Anytime I ever had an idea she somehow already had it completed. The day of my wedding I never saw her stressed. She was smiling all day long and even brought me drinks whenever I didn’t have one in my hand! I could write a book at how excellent her and her team were. My wedding day would not have been the same without her! Shoutout to Katie for answering all my weekly emails, Tony for being the best shuttle driver, and for Pam for helping out on the wedding day, you are all amazing! Planning a destination wedding is very difficult, so having an amazing planning team was so essential to us to make sure our day went smoothly. My husband and I are so happy we found Elite Event Services. Kristina and Katie went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed to have a perfect wedding day. Throughout our wedding planning process, Katie and Kristina answered all of our questions and concerns within a timely manner. Sometimes, I was shocked at how quickly I received an email response back from Katie! They also handled concerns from both sides of our family in such a delicate and respectful manner. Elite Event Services is such a unique company as they also offer bartending and shuttle services. We loved being able to work with one company as it made things a lot easier than communicating with several different vendors. Another awesome service that they offer is a wedding inventory filled with decor that you can utilize based upon the planning package you book. This made things very easy for us as we didn't have to bring the majority of the decor ourselves! Tony was able to create the perfect shuttle schedule and all of my guests were very happy with the shuttle service. We are so thankful we found them and I truly don't know how we would've planned all of this by ourselves. I am going to truly miss collaborating with Kristina and Katie! You won't be disappointed if you book your planning services with them!
